Our Story

I am a biomedical scientist by training. I started cooking during my graduate schools when I couldn’t find the taste of home around me. Cooking came to me naturally and I compared cooking like doing a scientific experiments in the lab.  The scientific training helped me integrate concepts of nutritious value and balanced meal in my recepies. I combined molecular grastromony with tranditional recipes to ehance flavor or develop fusion recipes.
